FRUITION FACTOR Guest Pre-interview Information

Hello there!
I’m looking forward to our conversation and so excited to have you on the podcast!
I love, and I mean LOVE talking with people who execute on their ideas. I created FRUITION FACTOR Podcast to provide valuable insights, inspiration, and practical advice to help navigate the unique challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs encounter.

Each episode features in-depth conversations with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and thought leaders who share their personal stories, lessons learned, and strategies for achieving entrepreneurial success.
I record the episodes via Zoom, the episode will be 30 to 45 minutes however the calendar block is 60 minutes to account for technical difficulties. I will send the Zoom link via email. This recording will be using video and audio. I have provided a document and a video with 7 Tips to an Awesome Interview please review to ensure you have the proper set up:

*It's very important that you have a good internet connection and be in an area without noise, preferably not in an empty room.

I’ll introduce you, then we’ll begin!

This is just a general outline of questions to guide our conversation. More than anything I want it to be a fun and insightful conversation.

  • Who you are and what is your business?

  • What’s your backstory to why you started your business?

  • What made you decide to put your idea into action?

  • Once you decided to move forward with your idea what habits did you have to create?

  • What challenges have you faced in the process?

  • How did you get the funds to start your business?

  • What has been your best marketing tool? What’s been the worst?

  • What do you do to manage the highs and lows of entrepreneurship?

  • What strategies or measures do you have in place to ensure accountability for reaching your business goals?

  • How do you personally embody accountability for growing your business?

  • When you started the business what did success mean or look like? Now that you’re in the business does that success look the same way?

  • What place inspires you?

  • What motivates you on a daily basis?
